How much does it cost?
From £16/m² + VAT. The rate is published, qualified by size and objective, in the cost guide, and the depth depends on what you are trying to fix: condensation control, retaining heat, or a U-value that is calculated before anything is priced. A firm figure needs your building, which is what the free survey is for.
Can you work while the building is in use?
Usually. The work is from inside, one bay or zone at a time, with the area beneath sheeted and the rest of the floor running. Where a building trades or runs plant, the work is phased out of hours or at weekends, as the project records on this page show.
How do you prove it was installed correctly?
Applied thickness checked and recorded, coverage logged, all compiled into a QA evidence pack handed over at completion. You hold the evidence, not our word.
