The building comes first. The foam comes second.

If the roof is sound, you may not need to replace it. Where the construction suits it, we insulate from beneath, with the roof still in place. Existing leaks go to a roofer first; the insulation is not waterproofing.

04Moisture first

Understand the water before choosing the layer.

Water across a cold underside and rain entering at a failed lap need different work. We establish the cause, then check the proposed build-up with a condensation risk analysis where needed. Where the simple method is inconclusive, WUFI examines moisture behaviour over time.

The treated area, depth, preparation, access and finish set the price. Foam-only installs start from £16/m² + VAT at 25 mm; the cost guide gives the full installed bands. Send photographs or drawings for a free estimate; we agree how to confirm the work after reviewing them.
Where do you work?
Across England and Wales, from our four depots in Weybridge, Bedford, Manchester and Exeter. Find commercial spray foam insulation near you.
Where can I see the certificates?
The document library holds the product evidence. Your building has its own written specification; a product certificate does not replace the roof calculation.
Can the building stay in use?
We agree the work areas, protection and re-entry with you. Phasing or out-of-hours work can help where the building allows it. Tell us what cannot stop so the programme reflects it.
Do I need a survey to begin?
No. Photographs or drawings can start a free estimate with a virtual survey. Larger or complex jobs get a free site survey, then a firm written quote. No obligation either way.
